The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has a Pentastar V6 engine that can drive completely off of electricity. To get the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid to charge you’ll need to use the 120-volt AC charging cord set, which comes with the vehicle. To charge the battery, make sure your Pacifica Hybrid is off and the cord is in the vehicle’s power outlet.
When charging with the Level I 120-volt charger your Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid will take around 14 hours to charge completely. The available Level II 240-volt charger can speed up the charging process, and get your Pacifica Hybrid to a full charge in about two hours. Charging times will vary on each vehicle due to age, condition, state of charge, and other factors.
Can the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Charge While Driving?
No, you can’t charge the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid while driving. But the Pacifica Hybrid has an electric only driving range of 32 miles, and a total driving range of 520 miles, meaning you can drive longer and further than you may have previously imagined. If you do need to recharge while on the move, go to the nearest public charging station and be back on the road in about two hours, if you need a full charge.
