How to Use Apple CarPlay® In My RAM 2500

To connect your iPhone to Apple CarPlay®, it’s as easy as 1,2,3.

1. Plug your iPhone into the USB port, your iPhone charger will work for this.
2. Unlock your iPhone
3. When your phone connects, the Apple CarPlay® icon will appear on your phone, and the Apple CarPlay® interface will show on your screen.

Now that your iPhone is connected to your RAM 2500, you can access your phone from your infotainment center. Apps will appear on your screen and you can access them the same way as on your phone, just by touching the apps. From here you can access your music, navigation, messages, and phone calls.

If you want to access your apps without removing your hands from the steering wheel, you can use voice recognition. Just press and hold your voice recognition button on your steering wheel and Siri will ask you what you would like to do.

Everytime you connect your iPhone to the USB port, Apple CarPlay® will be connected and you will be ready to go.
