The RAM brand’s first-place finish for the 2021 J.D. Power IQS was fueled by the terrific feedback from RAM 2500 and RAM 3500 owners. These two RAM vehicles were named the top large heavy-duty pickup for 2021 IQS awards, while the RAM 1500 came in second among large light-duty pickups.
To determine these rankings, J.D. Power surveyed new-vehicle buyers about their first three months of ownership and tracked problems per 100 vehicles (PP100) to measure the performance of 32 different brands. The RAM brand ranked first becoming the first ever truck brand to do so, and improved on their third place ranking in 2020.
