- Cloth face masks/coverings are required for entry into our dealership by all employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers at all times.

- To assist with social distancing, Handshake Free Zones are being enforced throughout the dealership; instead, we’re encouraging friendly smiles and extra personal space to keep both our customers and employees safe and healthy.
- Employees are required to wear gloves before entering customer vehicles, whether for Service or Sales. We encourage our customers to also wear gloves before test driving our vehicle, please ask your Sales Person or Service Advisor.
- Rental and loaner vehicles are being disinfected upon return from every use.
- Steering wheel and shift handle covers are being used for every customer service
- High-frequency touchpoints in customer vehicles are wiped down with disinfectant before and after any vehicle service.
- All employees are screened daily prior to the start of their workday in accordance with the guidelines outlined by the NH Stay at Home 2.0 guidelines issued May 1, 2020. These measures include daily screening of employee temperature plus a series of questions. If an employee’s temperature is greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, or if they answer YES to any of the questions, they are asked to leave the premises immediately and contact their medical care professional for further instructions.
- We ask that our customers too stay home if they are feverish, exhibit acute respiratory symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, or have close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19.
- Educational materials have been made available to employees, we are communicating frequently as updates and additional information becomes available.
