My car is in and out in record time. Everyone has been very nice each time I go and they can get my car in without waiting to l Iong, which I appreciate.

We recently moved back to the area from out of state, so this was our first time having our vehicle serviced here. The customer service was exceptional. Kelly was our service representative, and she was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the services we needed, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything straightforward. Service was completed quickly, and scheduling an appointment through their website was simple and convenient. Contemporary Automotive will now be our go‑to dealership for all of my wife’s vehicle service needs.
I scheduled an appointment for my inspection. When I arrived I spoke with customer service and told them my passenger speaker sounded like it was blown. While I was in the waiting room, I was told the speaker was blown and if I wanted a new one they could do it today. I was so surprised they had one for my 2025 ram 1500 in stock! They finished everything in less than an hour. Amazing job!!
We had a great experience! Jason was our salesman and Zach helped with the finances/paperwork. We live in MA, but they were willing to work with us over the phone to get everything started. The salesman, Jack Murphy, was excellent and explained all the features of the vehicle in great detail. All my questions were answered and I am completely satisfied with both him and Contemporary Automotive. Also, I want to mention that the business manager, Brie, was tremendous and made the business side of the transaction very smooth. I got a very good deal, a very reasonable trade-in amount, and no "pulling teeth" to agree on the money. I would definitely buy from them again and give Jack and Brie a rating of "TENS" for customer satisfaction.

Needed oil change and check engine light diagnosed. Needs a wiring harness, not covered under 3 year warranty 🧐🧐🧐. Like the dealership, not sure about the quality of the Ram 1500. Love the vehicle, $2000 in non covered work on a 2 1/2 year old truck is not acceptable!!!

I was so pleased with how great the service team was! I had a pretty major issue with my truck that made it so I couldn't drive it. They helped me work with Ram to get the part and had it installed the day the part arrived. I could have been waiting months but because of how quick and caring this team was they had me back on the road in no time.

Had no issues. Purchased a used jeep 2022. TBD if it’ll outlasts the 245k miles I put on my Jeep that I traded in but I love it so far. Worked with Brandon and a couple others who were helpful. Wanted more for my Jeep trade in but she was more valuable to me than them, which I understood. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars otherwise would recommend.

Service team is extremely detailed from moment you arrive, they listen to what you want addressed and review. While u wait you receive updates on your car, and when completed they go over in detail work completed. If they find anything they explain in detail. They have a nice waiting with refreshments. Staff is very friendly and very pleased with all work done on vehicle, never disappointed.
This is the second time I’ve bought a Jeep at Contemporary, and this experience was even better than the first. The Sales team: Jack is a very knowledgeable and low-pressure representative, and Chris is a straight shooter; Ashley in Finance asked the right questions to recommend appropriate coverage without offering items I wouldn’t have use for; and the service team did a great job at detailing and making sure the car was fully ready to go.

Contemporary performed a NH State inspection for our 2013 Durango. Setup was easy on the web site. I waited only minutes to pull into the garage after arriving, as they were finishing up another vehicle ahead of me. They immediately slapped wheel alignment boots on our car, which I've never seen before with a State inspection. Maybe all of the inspection stations do that, but very nice touch! I was starting to stress out, not being able to find the truck that I wanted contemporary finally had one that I was looking for. I made one phone call to contemporary and spoke to Julio. He even sent me a video of the truck on my personal phone very smooth transaction very very professional business. I definitely will be going back when it’s time.
I was really nervous to start the process of getting a new car especially because I loved my old car so much. Just bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe and I had a wonderful experience. The manager, financial advisor and Jackson who sold us the car where all wonderful and worked with me to get the best deal. Jackson looked at so many options for us including but not limited too the 2021 wrangler we bought, a 2023 willy's wrangler, a 2025 grand Cherokee. He was so educational and patient with all my questions. I will 100% be back if I ever need a car again.
